Fireman. Astronaut.
What is your favourite Radford moment?
Yr 9 camp.
Do you have a particular role model or inspirational figure from Radford or now?
Dr Higgott - Yr 10 chemistry teacher.
Mr Rose - Yr 11/12 English teacher.
Mr Walsh - never actually was my teacher, but gave me some great books to read.
All my physics/science teachers (Mr Dodd, Mr Wardman, Mr Lee, Mr Smith, Ms Harris and others) - they inspired me to learn.
Mr Webster - Yr 7 maths and cricket coach.
Mr H - soccer coach and life mentor.
Mr Craddock - Yr 8 Coordinator and Outdoorsman
Mr Fraser for teaching us photography
Mr Leyshon - never had him as a teacher, but he took us on some great outdoors trips
Don - Jazz Band conductor and fluglehorn player.
How easy was it to decide what to do in life?
Still deciding.
Did your further study or career go exactly as you'd planned?
Not at all. I took a break after my second year of uni, and after finishing, to do random jobs including being a deckhand on a tuna long-line fishing boat out of Coffs Harbour and as a bike courier in Perth.
What do you know now, that you wish you'd known when you were at Radford?
Its easier to ask forgiveness than seek permission.
What advice do you have for current students?
Do stuff. Get stuck in. Have fun.
