Radford College is proud to celebrate the achievements of 2025 graduate Owen Toyne, who has earned a bronze medal representing Australia at the Under 20 World Championship Teams Race Walking event in Brazil this month.
Competing against the world’s best emerging athletes, Owen played a key role in securing a podium finish for the Australian team in a highly competitive international field. His performance reflects not only his athletic ability, but also his discipline, resilience and commitment to excellence.
Owen’s journey from Radford student to international representative is an inspiring example of what can be achieved through dedication and passion. Balancing the demands of training and competition alongside his studies, he demonstrated the determination and focus that continue to define his success beyond the College gates.
