Brianna Williams (Class of 2012) recognised as REIACT Auctioneer of the Year and People’s Choice favourite

The achievement reflects the strong support Brianna continues to receive from Canberra’s property community and underscores her growing influence within the real estate industry.

Speaking after the awards, Brianna expressed her gratitude to the clients, buyers, sellers, and community members who voted for her.

“I am beyond thankful to win ACT People’s Choice Auctioneer for the third year in a row at the REIACT Awards. To be recognised by the community this many times makes me so thankful to Canberra and the surrounding region,” Brianna said.

“I still have so much more to give and learn, and it’s nice to know you guys have my back.”

Brianna also used the occasion to highlight the importance of increasing female representation in auctioneering, noting that women currently make up only a small percentage of auctioneers across the ACT.

“Only 17 per cent of auctioneers in the ACT are women. I will work hard to increase this number in the years to come. Women have the natural ability to be fantastic auctioneers in this country, and I want to encourage more women into this profession.”

Her continued success has helped challenge traditional perceptions of the profession while inspiring more women to consider careers in auctioneering.
