Sophie and her best friend Kim came up with the idea of helping people who didn’t have the knowledge, funds or time to renovate for themselves. Sophie further mentioned that their business model is especially attractive to clients as they don’t need to find money upfront for the renovation as the costs are not required until the settlement date.
