Brianna Williams (Class of 2012) wins top honour at the 2025 Real Estate Institute (REIACT) Awards

Radford College Collegian, Brianna Williams (Class of 2012), has taken out the prestigious title at the 2025 Real Estate Institute of the ACT (REIACT) Auctioneering Championships.

The annual award recognises the ACT’s most skilled and dynamic real estate agents, auctioneers and office support, with competitors judged on clarity, confidence, presence, and ability to engage with buyers in a high-pressure environment.

Brianna impressed judges with her poise and professionalism, securing the top honour and cementing her reputation as one of the territory’s leading auctioneers.

Her achievement highlights not only her dedication to the real estate industry but also the growing presence of women excelling in the auctioneering field.

We were thrilled to welcome Brianna back to the college recently as she shares her Life after Radford journey with Year 11 students. Brianna spoke candidly about the challenges, opportunities, and unexpected turns that have shaped her path.
