What does life look for you now?
I have two young children, I am a part-time public servant at the Department of Health and I have recently launched my own footwear and scarf label, fletcherLovell.
What is your favourite Radford moment?
Netball and Hockey Tour to the United Kingdom 1999.
Do you have a particular role model or inspirational figure from Radford or now?
I am constantly inspired by new people and people I thought I knew. Everyone that I have met throughout my life to date have their own stories, which demonstrates their own unique strengths and resilience. I am constantly surprised by people and their experiences, and all I have to do is listen.
How easy was it to decide what to do in life?
I read once that my generation will have more than one significant career path. Given the length of time before we retire, I like the idea of being someone who has made a contribution to society in more than one way.
So I would say, that what you want to “do” in life is a journey and that it will change over time.
Did your further study or career go exactly as you'd planned?

I am now pursuing my passion - my own footwear and scarf label “fletcherLovell”- in my spare time with dreams to make it not just my full time job but a global business (you never know, maybe I will get that Ferrari one day…
What do you know now, that you wish you'd known when you were at Radford?
Try not to be impatient and take time to reflect on the journey.
What advice do you have for current students?
That there are no wrong decisions, as they will all lead you somewhere for a purpose.
