What does life look for you now?

In September I depart for the U.K. to undertake a Master of Performance in Violin at the Royal College of Music, London. In 2016 I graduated from Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University with a Bachelor of Music with Honours. I'm currently working as a freelance musician and enjoy the opportunity to perform in a variety of musical spheres. I still return home to Canberra occasionally to perform with Canberra Symphony Orchestra.

Tell us what you are passionate about?

I am very passionate about music and it's emotional power. I have come across few mediums that can bring humans together in such a positive way. Music has the potential to engender a healthy reflective attitude in the mind. I also find it amazing that organised sound waves can have a strong physical effect on the body (e.g. shivers down your spine). In society sport and music play a similar role in bringing people together however a concert is a non-competitive event e.g. there is no definitive winner or loser. I enjoy this win-win philosophy.
