Collegians triumph in spirited match against Year 12 Team
The Radford Collegians took to the field on Wednesday, 24 June in an exciting and closely contested soccer match against the Year 12 team, emerging victorious with a 5–3 win.
In what proved to be an engaging and high-energy game, the Collegians demonstrated impressive teamwork, skill, and determination. From the opening whistle, both sides brought enthusiasm and competitive spirit, making for an entertaining match enjoyed by all in attendance.
The Collegians’ ability to work cohesively and maintain pressure throughout the game was key to their success. Their attacking play was matched by strong defensive efforts, allowing them to secure their lead and finish the match with a well-earned victory.
Beyond the result, the game was a fantastic showcase of community spirit and sportsmanship. Players from both teams contributed to a positive and respectful atmosphere, highlighting the strong connections between current students and the Collegian community.
A big thank you goes to all Collegians who participated and represented the community so proudly. Their commitment and energy on the field made the event a memorable one.
