What does life look for you now?

Living in Sydney and currently working out of Stone & Chalk (Fintech Co-Working Space) where I am working hard to build a business I Co-Founded in financial services. I also have a few units left on my degree, so also finishing that off during my 'free-time.'

Tell us what you are passionate about?

Passionate about how intersection between finance, law and technology can help people create wealth and secure their financial future. I also really enjoy playing football and recently got into rock-climbing.

When you were young, what were you hoping to be when you grew up?

Honestly, I can't remember.

What is your favourite Radford moment?

Probably Year 9 camp, as well returning to Year 7 camp as a prefect during my final year. It was really awesome to see the difference and progression from when you started school to when you finished.

Do you have a particular role model or inspirational figure from Radford or now?

My favourite teacher was undoubtedly Mr Whitbourne, as he was very passionate about what he taught but also managed to deliver it, in a very unique and engaging manner.

How easy was it to decide what to do in life?

Difficult - I don't think I still know exactly what I want to do but I have certainly figured out what I don't want to do. When you are young I think it is important to experience everything you can because you really have no risk.

Did your further study or career go exactly as you'd planned?

Not at all, but I think that is half the fun! I thought I would go to uni, work for a couple of years and then go out and do my own thing but that did not end up happening at all.

What do you know now, that you wish you'd known when you were at Radford?

Nothing is ever as bad as it seems - most of the problems you will experience in life are only a reflections on the way you perceive things to be, not a reflection of how they actually are.

What advice do you have for current students?

Don't be afraid to take risks, everyone experiences fear, anxiety, stress but the important thing is not letting it stop you. Also, just to relax and enjoy the ride - your grades, ATAR etc are not a reflection of your worth and not a big limitation on your future.

Where are you now?
